Job Description Summary

- Seeking a Senior Attorney with at least 8 years of experience in labor and employment
- Experience in litigation, transactional work, and providing advice and counsel
- Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws
- Experience in class and collective actions and PAGA claims
- Will support transactional group and provide day-to-day advice to clients

Responsibilities

- Manage litigation, conduct legal research, and draft legal documents
- Handle both class action and single plaintiff cases
- Advise on employment aspects of corporate transactions
- Draft and negotiate employment-related agreements
- Advise on employee policies and practices
