What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I think that if the firm cannot really offer a route for advancement here they should create more professional relationships with other firms that allow some associates options.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm deals with a lot of different industries when it comes to the cases we deal with. Meeting interesting people is something I like about my job. The pay and benefits are also good here.
What did you not like about this institution?
There isn't much room for promotions here. Attorneys that want to advance their career might not find this place to be the right situation for them.
