What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Management needs to make sure their sanitation department is on top of these issues. , possibly hiring a staff member on call in case anything breaks.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm offered me a great starting salary when I first joined and was always open and honest with me during any performance evaluations. They give you constructive criticism and greatly strive in making their employees better. They taught me a great deal and I'm very thankful for that.

What did you not like about this institution?
The only disappointing factor with this firm was the sanitation among the office. Bathrooms were constantly breaking down and management never seemed to do anything about it. They would gloss over the details before hiring a professional months later.
