What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Management needs to make sure their sanitation department is on top of these issues. , possibly hiring a staff member on call in case anything breaks.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm offered me a great starting salary when I first joined and was always open and honest with me during any performance evaluations. They give you constructive criticism and greatly strive in making their employees better. They taught me a great deal and I'm very thankful for that.

What did you not like about this institution?
The only disappointing factor with this firm was the sanitation among the office. Bathrooms were constantly breaking down and management never seemed to do anything about it. They would gloss over the details before hiring a professional months later.

There’s no leadership , the current managing partner is never around. Ms. Sojo is worse that the prior boss.

I was disappointed with the service I received from Catalina Sojo, The incompetent attorney. Despite their initial promises, I felt like my case was not prioritized, and communication was lacking., Catalina was never at the law firm. I had to repeatedly follow up with Felipe,(paralegal manager)to get updates, and even then, I didn't feel like my concerns were being addressed. The legal advice I received was unclear, and I felt like I was left to navigate complex legal issues on my own. The forced me to settle y case for pennies. Unfortunately, I would not recommend CSM Legal to anyone seeking legal representation. I hope they take steps to improve their client service and communication in the future."

What did you not like about this institution?
I was not impressed with the representation I received from Catalina. While she seemed confident and knowledgeable at first, I soon realized that she was not as familiar with my specific legal issue as I had hoped. Catalina failed to return my calls and emails in a timely manner, and when she responded, it was often brief and unhelpful. I felt like I was just another case number to them, rather than a person with a complex legal problem. Furthermore, their billing practices were unclear and seemed excessive. I was surprised by additional charges that I hadn't been warned about, and when I questioned them, I didn't get a satisfactory explanation. Overall, I would not recommend Catalina to others. While I understand that legal issues can be complex, I expect more attention to detail, better communication, and transparency in billing practices from my legal representation." Again, please dont go to CSM-Legal.
