What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I don't think fear and intimidation is the best tactic to go about trying to get the best out of your employees.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm has really great benefits that complement the just as spectacular starting salary.

What did you not like about this institution?
If you're easily embarrassed or scared- I'd stay away from this place. When the management lays off an employee, which is more often that I'd care to admit, they send a party to escort them out of the building, walking past all of their friends and coworkers. This has made for bad morale spreading through the office. Everyone is on eggshells.

Management should focus more on developing the junior attorneys into stellar performers. Afterwards, the money will come in organically.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The partners were very nice and lawyers are professional. When I was a new junior attorney, the senior partners helped me with my assignments.

What did you not like about this institution?
When I was a new employee, the salary was not very good. Also, the management team focused a little too much on the bottom line and not enough on employee development.
