You really need to find a way to turn things around. Many problems have been brought to your attention and nothing has changed. Leaving things as they are will run off your best employees.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I started out very impressed by this firm. They do have a good record at keeping their clients satisfied.
What did you not like about this institution?
The work environment at this firm is incredibly toxic. Things feel very cut-throat and there are a few employees that feel as though they rule the firm.

If you truly care about the concept of collegiality, then newly hired employees should not be told, during their third week, to avoid certain people in the firm and just focus on their job.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
They are very heavily focused on satisfying and meeting clients needs.
What did you not like about this institution?
Systemic problem beginning with management. Poor management, poor planning, and absolutely no room for growth.
How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
The 1 hour lunch break that allows you to go outside and breath some fresh air.
