What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Give lawyers more of a break between really stressful cases. Keep up the great support system that you provide, those people are a real help at taking some of the stress of the lawyers.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This is an excellent firm to learn family law and how to deal with divorce cases. The pay is pretty decent for a starting point and there is a good support staff.
What did you not like about this institution?
Family law is very emotional and stressful and it can wear off on your psyche if you aren't careful. The benefits aren't very good.
