Advice to law firm management:
Encourage more teamwork, and deal with associates who are not professional. I think that would help the entire firm, and increase productivity for everyone in the firm.

Pros:
Overall I have dealt with many great lawyers. My practice group is solid and everyone is polite, friendly, and helpful. I have had many opportunities to work on many labor cases. Many of the paralegals are great at what they do.

Cons:
I have heard from colleagues that there are some bad associates. Not bad in ability but behavior. I have seen the effects of a hostile work environment and it has hurt my practice group before. Bad people skills should not harm other practice groups but they have.

Advice to law firm management:
I think more positions should be made for those that want to stick around and continue to work, yet progress their careers even further.

Pros:
While working at this firm, I had a lot of experiences that helped me grow as a person and in my career overall.

Cons:
I left as I did not feel as if there were more available positions within the firm and made me seek employment elsewhere.
