What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
This firm needs to be better with their workload. They need to distribute hours more evenly so employees don't feel overwhelmed.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I've found working at this firm to be pretty good. The mood is always calm and quiet and getting work done is never a problem. The last firm I worked at was a bit of a zoo and this one feels the complete opposite.
What did you not like about this institution?
The pay at this firm could be better and the hours are always unpredictable. One week you're working 20 hours, then next is 60. The firm is small so the workload gets to be a bit much at times.
