What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
If the firm cannot offer better pay and salaries, I think they should consider better incentives and bonuses for some of the projects that the firm assigns to associates.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The people I work with really care about their jobs. And they're also willing to help others as well who have issues and problems with their projects. The amenities are good. Bosses are also willing to spend time and effort with associates.
What did you not like about this institution?
The pay and salaries here aren't the greatest. Some of the associates I know usually talk about it as being the only problem they have with the firm.
