What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Settle on one type of management. Better yet, get management back to what it was five or ten years ago. What it is now is horrible.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
It was interesting being able to work for a firm that handled so many types of law. One could pick up and learn from different areas of the law as they handle different areas ranging from financial to family law. It was a challenge and interesting.
What did you not like about this institution?
Over the past couple years, they have changed management several times. This led to confusion. It was hard to adjust to this way and that, and I finally left.
