Advice to law firm management: Implement a good communication strategy from the top down. Have staff meetings so everyone is on the same page. Update the outdated technology in the office.

Pros: Great people to work with. There is tons of cooperation and comradery. Everyone works hard. There are no slackers here. Good benefits.

Cons: Expectations are often not communicated effectively. Communication period is a huge problem. Everyone feels off. Nepotism is an issue.

"Strong Attorney to Client Relationships are Formed Here"   - Anonymous      Write an Anonymous Review

Advice to law firm management: As I already mentioned, I would like to see management hire a few attorneys that are experienced in not getting too emotionally involved with cases. We could get more work done if we were not so emotionally attached to our results.

Pros: What I like most about my home away from home is how well my fellow attorneys tend to bond with their clients. I feel as though everyone really cares about the cases they are working on.

Cons: Sometimes we can care a little bit too much. I really feel as though we need management to hire a few people that are experienced in terms of not getting too emotionally involved with the results of each case.

Advice to law firm management: Update your technology, and have more staff meetings to keep this staff together and on the same page.

Pros: The starting salary and benefits are really good. In my time here, I've been able to have really good balance between work and my social life.

Cons: This is a very old fashioned company; the software is prehistoric. They need to update their technology. I've seen a lot of turnover here, mostly in part to one particular individual. Nearly twenty attorneys left the firm in less than a year and a half.
