Experience representing clients in the pharmaceutical industry is required. USPTO registration and at least one State Bar license is preferred.
Senior/lateral And Junior Litigators The candidate must have 6+ years of IP litigation experience with knowledge in patent/trademark/copyright litigation in federal court, licensing/contracts, cease and desist letters, and/or client counseling.
