Candidate will have 3+ years of substantive hands-on experience working with a variety of clients to analyze eligibility and compliance requirements and craft cases including: nonimmigrant (E, H, J, K, L, O, P, TN, etc.) and immigrant (EB-1, EB-2, EB-3) visa petitions; PERM, AOS/IV, and naturalization applications; and RFE/audit responses.
