Job Title: Partner-level Attorney

Experience: 4-6 years of general liability litigation experience

Overview:

- Seeking a Partner-level Attorney with 4-6 years of experience

- Partner will work alongside a very experienced Managing Partner and Chair of General Liability
- Non-traditional, progressive full-service law firm

Responsibilities:
- Build and grow a team within the General Liability practice
- Act as a mentor to team members
- Provide excellent client service
- Work alongside experienced Managing Partner and Chair of General Liability
- Continuously seek professional development opportunities

Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of general liability litigation experience
- Previous mentorship and leadership skills highly preferred
- Driven, with an entrepreneurial spirit and high-performing attitude
- Strong desire to build and grow a team
- Excellent client service skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with others
- Must have a law degree and be licensed to practice in Florida
