The role also involves overseeing day-to-day office operations and administrative support activities, ensuring that the office functions efficiently.
Additionally, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for managing conference arrangements. This includes organizing travel, handling sponsorships, preparing training materials, and maintaining correspondence with event organizers. The role extends to developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, such as social media, email, and content marketing. The creation of engaging content for the firm's website, newsletters, and social media platforms is also a key duty. Other administrative tasks may be assigned as required to support the firm’s operations.
Education and Experience Information:
The position requires candidates to possess excellent organizational and time management skills.
