Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver effective and professional training on the firm's technology to attorneys and staff.
- Conduct virtual classroom training sessions and provide one-to-one coaching.
- Create high-quality course materials and maintain accurate training records.
- Assist with firm-wide technology projects and evaluate new software.
- Identify training needs and develop training programs to address them.
- Participate in projects and meetings.
- Develop eLearning courses and other online tools for global support.
Requirements:
- Degree from a four-year accredited college or university.
- At least 1 year of related training experience.
- Experience delivering remote training in a law firm or professional services environment.
Salary:
- Anticipated total compensation: $63,000 to $100,000, depending on experience, performance, and location.
