Job Title: Demand Negotiator

Job Responsibilities:
The Demand Negotiator at the law firm is responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at securing favorable settlements for clients. Core duties include reviewing demand writer's packages sent to insurance companies, analyzing medical records, insurance correspondence, and settlement releases on behalf of clients. The role involves summarizing case facts and crafting persuasive arguments to negotiate clients' entire cases with insurance adjusters, striving to obtain the highest settlement possible. Maintaining communication with clients throughout the settlement process is crucial, guiding them to ultimately settle their cases. The Demand Negotiator is also responsible for providing updates on case status using CRM software. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates for the Demand Negotiator position should possess at least 2 years of experience as a Demand Writer in a Plaintiff's Personal Injury Firm. Experience in reading and understanding medical reports and records is necessary. A Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year university is required. The ideal candidate should be very well organized, have strong follow-up and follow-through skills, and possess excellent communication abilities. Spanish-speaking skills are considered a plus but are not mandatory.

Salary Information:
The pay range for the Demand Negotiator position is between and per hour, plus potential bonuses. The position is full-time and offers the flexibility of being fully remote, based in Denver, CO.
