Job Title: Case Manager (Experienced)
Job Responsibilities:
The role of an experienced Case Manager at the law firm involves a variety of core duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Interviewing new clients to understand their cases and needs.
- Setting up appointments with new clients to discuss their cases further.
- Collecting all possible information, evidence, and documentation to build a strong case for the client.
- Ensuring strict compliance with the schedule of assigned appointments to maintain efficiency.
- Utilizing the firm's software to manage cases (training will be provided to ensure proficiency).
- Scanning and saving necessary documentation into the firm's system for easy access and record-keeping.
- Generating weekly or monthly reports detailing the results of all assigned tasks.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Scheduling medical treatments for clients to aid in their recovery.
- Assisting clients with vehicle repairs as part of the case management process.
- Conducting frequent follow-ups with clients regarding the status and progress of their cases.
- Ensuring attention to detail in all aspects of case management.
- Collaborating effectively as a team player within the law firm.
Education and Experience Information:
The position requires candidates to have:
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Case Manager at a Personal Injury Firm or an equivalent setting, which highlights the necessity for familiarity with personal injury cases and client management.
- At least 1 year of stable work experience, emphasizing the need for reliability and consistency in previous employment.
- An outgoing personality that facilitates client interactions and effective communication.
- The ability to multitask and manage various responsibilities simultaneously.
- A strong eagerness to learn and grow within the role, indicating a proactive approach to professional development.

Salary Information:
The pay range for the Case Manager position at the law firm is between per hour and per hour, reflecting the level of experience and expertise required for the role. The position is full-time and offers the flexibility of being fully remote, based in Denver, CO.
