**Members Only**, a leading law firm, is seeking a Pricing and Legal Project Management Analyst to join our team. This hybrid position can be based in our global operations center in Brandon, FL or at one of our offices located in Atlanta, Austin, Birmingham, Boston, Charlotte, Chattanooga, Chicago, Dallas, Fort Lauderdale, Houston, Jacksonville, Miami, Nashville, New York, Orlando, Philadelphia, Richmond, Tallahassee, Tysons, Washington, ., or West Palm Beach.
The Pricing and Legal Project Management Analyst will work closely with attorneys to develop and track budgets, assist with RFP responses, and provide client and attorney-requested reports and data. They will also assist in establishing best practices and operational procedures to ensure client relationships and matter support. This position requires collaboration with Firm leaders, Finance, Business Intake, IT, and other departments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing detailed input for plans and budgets that meet client needs and Firm profit objectives
- Creating specific matter plans to better track performance
- Participating in legal operations tasks for clients, such as creating process documents
- Developing standardized processes and procedures for reporting
- Coordinating data gathering and analysis for client reviews and presentations
- Assisting with ad hoc financial requests and providing recommendations
- Creating rate cards for RFPs
- Collaborating with IT to develop automated reports
Qualifications for this position include 2+ years of experience in pricing, legal project management, and/or financial analysis, with experience in the professional services industry preferred. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as a team player. A Bachelor's degree is required, and certification in legal pricing and/or legal project management is desired.
The base salary ranges for this position vary by location, with additional bonus opportunities and an exceptional benefits package offered.
