- Process electronic material in ecapture and assist legal teams with various litigation software
- Monitor changes in the litigation support software industry and maintain confidentiality on all matters
- Bachelor's degree and minimum of 2 years of experience in a law firm or eDiscovery vendor environment required
- Certifications or equivalent on-the-job experience with Relativity, LiveNote, CaseNotebook, and Trial Director preferred
- Position may be filled in multiple locations, including Washington, Illinois, District of Columbia, New York, Colorado, or California
- Base salary ranges listed for each location, in addition to bonus opportunities

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with eDiscovery paralegals to design databases and establish workflows for efficient document reviews
- Generate reports and perform quality control on document productions from in-house Relativity databases
- Process electronic material in ecapture and provide assistance with various litigation software
- Monitor changes in the litigation support software industry and maintain confidentiality on all matters
- Prepare material for distribution and assist with special projects as needed
- Keep accurate time records and maintain confidentiality on all matters

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a law firm or eDiscovery vendor environment
- Certifications or equivalent on-the-job experience with Relativity, LiveNote, CaseNotebook, and Trial Director preferred
- Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Technical expertise in the creation, organization, and maintenance of large databases
- Ability to work as part of a team and manage and track discovery data
- Understanding of business information systems and fluency in standard MS Office applications
- Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
