Position Summary:

- The Case Manager – High Limits will work within our Litigation Department, managing a caseload of high-value personal injury cases. This role requires experience in litigation processes and will support attorneys in case development from filing through trial or settlement. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing deadlines and litigation tasks.

Position Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in personal injury case management, with a focus on litigation and high-limit cases
- Strong understanding of litigation procedures, court rules, and legal documentation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines with attention to detail
- Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a caseload of high-limit personal injury litigation cases under attorney supervision
- Support the litigation process including discovery, depositions, mediation, and trial preparation
- Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and opposing counsel
- Coordinate and track medical treatment and records
- Organize and review medical records, bills, and case documentation
- Draft and prepare discovery responses, pleadings, and other legal documents
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date files in the case management system
- Ensure all deadlines are met and assist attorneys in strategic case planning

Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in personal injury case management, with a focus on litigation and high-limit cases
- Strong understanding of litigation procedures, court rules, and legal documentation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines with attention to detail
