# Job Title: Litigation Legal Secretary ## Law Firm Seeking Experienced Legal Secretary Law Firm is looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join their Litigation team in their downtown San Diego office. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented and responsive professional who can work in a dynamic environment. ## Qualifications * Minimum of 5 years of experience in a high volume, fast paced litigation environment providing litigation assistance and secretarial support * Must be able to work with a variety of attorney styles and be comfortable communicating with clients and partners * Must be able to format briefs, pleadings and other legal documents, enter attorney time and billing, e-file legal documents, correspond with clients, submit expense reports, and calendaring ## Compensation Compensation for this role is typically between and per hour depending on experience. Additionally, bonuses are awarded based on individual and firm performance.
