Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm with locations in 15 countries, is currently seeking a Talent Services Manager to join our Human Resources team. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and an excellent benefits package, including opportunities for professional development and growth.

Responsibilities:

- Partner with Business Director to provide talent services, professional development, and recruiting support to the Firm's offices
- Conduct recruitment and retention of staff and attorneys
- Foster an environment of engagement, culture, and opportunity
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee-related issues
- Manage the annual performance management process and take corrective actions when necessary
- Assist with workforce and succession planning
- Understand and make recommendations for compensation and annual salary and bonus administration
- Develop and implement effective HR processes and procedures
- Interpret and administer policies to ensure compliance with federal and state laws
- Act as a resource for staff and attorneys on learning expectations and goals, including CLE compliance

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development or related field
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in Human Resources or business management, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR/SPHR) or SHRM-CP/SCP certification preferred
- Experience with ATS and HRIS systems, preferably with Workday
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe
