Maritime Regulatory Associate
The candidate will join as an International Trade and Supply Chain Associate. Must have 3-5 years of experience. Should have a robust background in handling complex regulatory matters within the transportation, cargo, and logistics industries. Must have a proven track record of working with various supply chain participants, including shippers, motor carriers, rail companies, ocean vessels, etc. Maritime experience, specifically in regulatory compliance, licensing requirements and working with the Federal Maritime Commission, is required. A deep understanding of the legal and regulatory challenges specific to the transportation and logistics industries is essential. Must have a strong academic record. Should have an active Bar license in the state corresponding with the office to which one is applying or commit to obtaining one as soon as possible.
