Responsibilities:

- Demonstrate excellent writing skills and a good sense of humor

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (.) degree
- Admission to the bar in Washington, DC or Connecticut
- Strong understanding of ITAR, EAR, sanctions, and CFIUS regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
