The ideal candidates for this role will have at least 3 years of experience counseling clients on economic sanctions and export controls, as well as supporting transactions before the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS). They should also possess strong analytical abilities, excellent research and writing skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Candidates must also be admitted to or eligible to seek prompt admission to the District of Columbia Bar.
