Law Firm, a highly reputable and successful legal firm with offices in Michigan, is currently seeking a Recruiting and Professional Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in our recruitment efforts for law students, entry-level and experienced attorneys, as well as coordinate our summer associate program and support various initiatives within the firm. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development, and can be based in any of our Michigan offices.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate lateral hiring process by drafting offer letters, coordinating interview schedules, and maintaining accurate candidate records
- Serve as a key point of contact for law school Career Services Offices and coordinate events such as the 1L Reception
- Manage the summer associate program by coordinating events, tracking expenses, and communicating with summer associates
- Develop and facilitate orientation schedule for new lateral hires and manage relocation expenses
- Plan and coordinate associate social events and support other attorney development initiatives

Required Skills and Abilities:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and MS Teams
- Professional demeanor and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent organizational, customer service, and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Legal Studies, or related field preferred
- Three to five years of legal recruiting or professional services industry experience

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Legal Studies, or related field preferred
- Three to five years of legal recruiting or other professional services industry experience is ideal
