Job Title: Patent Agent/Associate - Intellectual Property (Engineering)

Salary Information: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.

Experience: 1st to 4th-year associate or experienced Patent Agent with a strong technical background in engineering. Advanced degree required (. preferred; Master's degree with substantial industry experience will be considered).

Responsibilities:
- Draft and prosecute patent applications
- Conduct IP due diligence and FTO analyses
- Handle litigation and/or post-grant matters (useful but not required)
- Provide exceptional client service
- Maintain excellent academic record
- Possess superior organizational and communication skills (written and oral)
- Bring a creative and entrepreneurial perspective on IP
- Must be registered with the USPTO

Qualifications:

Law Firm is seeking a highly qualified Patent Agent or Junior/Mid-Level Associate with a strong technical background in engineering. This position requires an advanced degree in engineering, with a preference for a . Candidates with a Master's degree and substantial industry experience will also be considered.

The ideal candidate will have experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications, as well as conducting IP due diligence and FTO analyses. While not required, some experience in litigation and/or post-grant matters would be beneficial. Registration with the USPTO is a must.

The successful candidate will have an excellent academic record, superior organizational and communication skills (both written and oral), and a demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional client service. They will also bring a creative and entrepreneurial perspective on IP.
