Job Title: Guest Services Representative
Job Responsibilities:
As a Guest Services Representative at the law firm, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and professional experience for all visitors. Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting guests, clients, and colleagues with warmth and professionalism.
- Managing conference center reservations and ensuring rooms are impeccably prepared.
- Overseeing lobby and reception area operations to maintain a secure and welcoming environment.
- Coordinating visitor needs, including food and beverage service, technology support, and light administrative assistance.
- Assisting with local arrangements such as transportation and restaurant reservations.
- Collaborating closely with attorneys, staff, and building personnel to ensure smooth operations.
- Working shifts from Monday to Thursday, 3:00 . to 11:00 ., and Friday, 1:00 . to 9:00 .
Education and Experience Information:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- A polished, professional presence and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
- Experience in hospitality, corporate concierge, or guest services is preferred, with a minimum of three years of experience.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, and managing scheduling systems is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, organization, and a proactive mindset are necessary.
- The ability to multitask under pressure while maintaining grace and accuracy is important.
Compensation:
The base salary range for this position in New York City is $51,000 to $67,000. This range may vary based on geographic location and cost of living considerations.
