This position offers a remote/hybrid work arrangement, with the expectation to be in the office on an as needed basis. The Specialist will be responsible for coordinating the firmwide sponsorship process, maintaining the marketing collateral library, and assisting with onboarding materials.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate firmwide sponsorship process
Assist during sponsorship budget season
Maintain marketing collateral library including the RFP database
Maintain the business development resource guide
Assist with onboarding materials
Track department training sessions
Staff firm-sponsored conferences as needed
Perform other administrative duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
3+ years of relevant marketing experience
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks with competing deadlines
Impeccable attention to detail
Team-player mindset
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Computer/Software Knowledge: Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. experience is a plus.
Work Environment: This position allows for remote/hybrid work, with the expectation to be in the office on an as needed basis. Overtime may be required.
Travel Requirements: Minimal, less than 10% travel.
