Job Title: Attorney Engagement & Inclusion Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:
The Attorney Engagement & Inclusion Coordinator plays a critical role in fostering an inclusive and engaging work environment for attorneys at the law firm. The primary responsibilities include:
- Scheduling and coordinating all meetings related to the Women’s Initiatives Network (WIN), including sourcing, vetting, and communicating with external speakers and internal stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.
- Managing logistics for WIN-sponsored events, which entails overseeing paperwork for speaker agencies, handling requests for the Creative team, distributing invites, collaborating with IT and marketing teams, preparing surveys, ordering materials, and circulating event recordings.
- Providing administrative support for firmwide Partner Meetings by coordinating meetings with co-chairs, liaising with the Events team, coordinating communications, and working with external speakers.
- Serving as the main point of contact for inquiries related to Women Affinity Groups across various offices, offering support, ideas, and guidance to the groups’ co-chairs.
- Supporting professional development sponsorships by tracking attorney participation and managing the budget.
- Updating and maintaining content on the **Members Only** Connect intranet.
- Supporting 3-4 affinity networks, including scheduling assistance, budget tracking, and coordinating logistics for network events.
- Assisting with the New Partner Liaison program, maintaining tracking documents and templates, coordinating outreach, and handling other program-related tasks.
- Providing general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, document management, and maintaining internal resources.

Education and Experience Information:
To be considered for the role of Attorney Engagement & Inclusion Coordinator, candidates should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, admissions, inclusion, or professional development within a law or professional services firm, an institution of higher education, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Experience in a law firm or school is preferred.
- Strong proficiency with virtual meeting applications like Zoom and Microsoft Office programs, including Teams, Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Human Resources systems, Applicant Tracking systems, timekeeping systems, and relational databases is preferred (., Workday, iCIMS, Intapp, Salesforce).
- A high client service ethic with a proven record of delivering exemplary client satisfaction to both external and internal client constituencies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with individuals at all levels within and outside the firm.
- Strong writing skills and the ability to present complex ideas succinctly and clearly.
- Strong interactive skills and the ability to succeed in a teamwork environment, demonstrating reliability, dependability, and flexibility.
- A strong sense of accountability, taking ownership of projects and responsibilities, and resolving issues proactively.
- The ability to prepare accurate, highly detailed work products.
- The ability to assess information, anticipate issues and outcomes, and make effective decisions.
- The ability to organize time, prioritize workload effectively, and work independently.

Salary Information:
The salary range for the Attorney Engagement & Inclusion Coordinator position varies based on the location and relevant factors. For New York and San Francisco, the salary range is between $63,000 and $88,000. For Boston and Washington, ., the salary range is between $60,000 and $84,000. Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus, overtime as applicable, health/welfare benefits, retirement contributions, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO). The range displayed is specifically for positions performed in those cities/states and may vary based on factors including local market data and ranges, an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, and certain degrees, licensing, and certifications.
