Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to company emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Oversee and update social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and engagement.
- Assist with marketing campaigns, including content creation, scheduling posts, and tracking performance.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events; maintain calendars and schedules.
- Support planning and execution of company projects and initiatives.
- Perform administrative legal tasks, such as preparing simple documents, organizing files, and assisting with compliance paperwork.

Education and Experience Information:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with basic legal and compliance procedures is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary Information:
- Pay: $45, - $50, per year
