PI Paralegal The candidate must have 5+ years of experience as a plaintiff PI litigation paralegal with experience in scheduling, maintaining files, e-filing, strong organizational skills, answering discovery, preparing cases for trial, and have a complete understanding of car insurance (Preferred if the candidate is a Florida Bar Certified paralegal). Federal Court experience is required. Must know and understand Florida insurance coverages. Spanish speaking is a plus.
