Job Title: Senior Trust Advisor - **Members Only**

Job Responsibilities:
The Senior Trust Advisor is responsible for providing expertise and thought leadership in fiduciary advice and solutions to high net worth clients. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with the Wealth Advisor and Investment Manager to provide advice and solutions aligned with client or prospect goals and objectives, utilizing other specialists as appropriate.
- Proactively engaging with clients to deliver non-investment and banking services that meet client objectives, including financial planning guidance in estate planning, estate administration, charitable and philanthropic endeavors, risk solutions, and family governance solutions.
- Advising ultra-high net worth families on a diverse range of financial and non-financial solutions to meet their goals.
- Understanding and interpreting complex fiduciary documents and strategies.
- Conducting client and prospect meetings, providing advice on trust and estate administration, discretionary actions, modification or termination, taxation, etc.
- Gathering client information and partnering with internal teams to complete tasks relevant to account administration.
- Adhering to all internal policies and procedures related to the company, as determined by the Risk Management and Governance teams.
- Working independently and escalating issues and concerns when necessary.
- Identifying and developing a book of business with an exclusive focus on relationships with assets under management (AUM) greater than $25MM threshold.

Education and Experience Information:
Required Qualifications:
- A four-year college degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Trust Administration, or Law.
- 10+ years of fiduciary experience, with a focus on business development and relationship management.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey insightful thoughts on client issues and concerns.
- Proven analytical ability and attention to detail, with the capacity to manage client and company priorities.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Suite of products and the ability to learn proprietary bank platforms and software.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degrees or designations such as in Taxation, Masters of Taxation, CPWA, CIMA, JD, MBA, or CFP.
- 15+ years of fiduciary experience with a focus on business development and relationship management.

Salary Information:
The base salary for the Senior Trust Advisor position ranges from $200,000 to $250,000.
