Job Title: Associate eDiscovery Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

The Associate eDiscovery Project Manager plays a crucial role in assisting senior Client Services peers through effective project management coordination and execution. This role is part of the Client Services Global Resourcing Team, which serves North American clients from various geographies. The primary responsibility of the Associate Project Manager is to ensure that clients receive the appropriate services by focusing on planning, analysis, execution, and proper project close-out.

Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring client and project requirements are met with the highest quality and accuracy by routinely communicating with both the client and internal partners.
- Converting client requirements into operational work requests, monitoring progress, and proactively updating stakeholders on deadlines.
- Obtaining, examining, and preparing client data for intake.
- Assisting in troubleshooting and resolving any client issues related to delivered or hosted data.
- Handling review platform-specific items, such as user requests, database management, creation and execution of STRs, creation and management of batch sets, and reporting.
- Providing matter-specific support on tasks like privilege log generation, media tracking, and project-specific reporting.
- Understanding project budgets and obtaining necessary approvals before incurring additional costs outside project estimates.
- Ensuring continuity of client service between shifts through clear handoffs and client updates.
- Driving overall client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication of client deliverables.
- Participating in process improvement initiatives and collaborating with teammates to enhance the customer experience.
- Ensuring effective control of all project aspects from initial planning through final production, including development of project plans and review of financial and billing information to meet deadlines consistently.

Education and Experience Information:

Candidates for the Associate eDiscovery Project Manager position should have:
- A minimum of two years of experience in consulting, litigation support, as a paralegal, or as an attorney in a law firm, corporate legal department, or eDiscovery service provider, with an overall experience of four to five years.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Hands-on experience with Relativity.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and BI is highly desirable and considered an advantage.
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple simultaneous projects.
- Strong oral and written communication skills that reflect a "white glove" approach to service.
- Client relationship skills, including the ability to proactively manage client expectations, recognize client needs, and adapt to meet requirements consistently.
- The capacity to learn quickly and adapt to changing industry trends.
- Flexibility to work night shifts and occasionally on weekends.

Salary Information:

The compensation range for the Associate eDiscovery Project Manager role is between $75, and $90, USD annually, with the potential for an annual bonus. The specific salary will be determined based on several factors, including:
- Location-based market rate for the role.
- The candidate's abilities in relation to the job specification.
- Performance during screening and interviews.
- Pay parity with the wider team in the considered location.
