Title: Trademark Paralegal
Location: Manchester, NH, United States
Type: Full time, Hybrid (onsite 2 days per week)
Experience: Minimum 5 years in Trademark Law, Paralegal Certification required

Responsibilities:

- Manage trademark docketing and deadlines
- Coordinate with outside counsel for international filings and strategy
- Review and draft cease and desist letters for suspected infringers
- Assist in managing trademark disputes and conducting investigations
- Conduct trademark training and audits for clients and vendors
- Maintain positive relationships with external vendors and trademark agents
- Maintain trademark files, databases, and prepare reports
- Assist with proofreading and finalization of legal documents
- Utilize electronic signature software for contracts

Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years experience in Trademark Law
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in paralegal or related field
- Paralegal Certification required
- Experience with trademark docketing systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to be onsite in Manchester, NH two days per week
