Legal Recruiting Manager - Tampa, FL - Full Time
Are you an innovative leader with a passion for recruiting top talent? **Members Only**, one of the world's strongest integrated legal practices, is seeking a Legal Recruiting Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering our firm's strategic recruiting plans and tactics, with a focus on talent acquisition, diversity, and firm brand.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified and diverse candidates through innovative sourcing strategies, such as internal resources, partnerships, referrals, and social media.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify search specifications and position requirements, and recruit, interview, and select finalists.
- Schedule interviews and make travel arrangements for candidates, and follow up post-interview.
- Create and maintain an environment of equal opportunity and diversity, in line with our firm's inclusion and diversity strategic plan.
- Develop written recruiting materials for our website, job fairs, and other advertising opportunities.
- Set strategies, design initiatives, and monitor results to ensure recruiting is aligned with business needs.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal employment requirements.
- Support firm initiatives on social media and blogs, and work with our social media teams to promote our brand.
- Leverage social media and advertising to identify and recruit top talent, and execute social media campaigns to increase firm awareness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in professional legal recruiting, law school career services, and 2 or more years' experience at a law firm.
- Previous experience interviewing management-level professionals.
- Knowledge of legal industry recruiting and talent acquisition trends.
