Paralegal, Bi-Lingual The candidate will be working on both immigration cases including primarily family-based and removal/deportation cases and working on injury cases. As to immigration cases, duties include assisting with intakes, opening files, communicating with clients, preparing forms and supporting evidence for USCIS, preparing and filing evidence and pleadings with EOIR (Immigration Court), and other related duties. In injury cases, duties include assisting with intakes, opening files communicating with clients, ordering and indexing medical records, assisting with all aspects of discovery and pleadings, filing with the court and on WCAIS, and other related duties. Bachelor's Degree or Paralegal Certificate required. Previous paralegal or legal assistant experience is required. Previous experience in immigration and/or personal injury/workers' compensation is preferred. Must be functionally fluent in both Spanish and English.
