Mass Tort Paralegal / Legal Assistant The candidate will report to the supervising attorney. Will update attorney on case status. Draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery, and motions. Have extensive contact with clients and physician offices. Manage pre-litigated cases and cases for litigation. Review and analyze case files. Analyze and assemble clients' medical records. Correspond with defense counsel as needed. Analyze wage loss portion of clients' claims. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Bachelor's degree or ABA paralegal certification is required. Should preferably have 3-4 years of plaintiff firm mass tort experience. Case management software experience is also a plus. Experience with Needles and Outlook preferred.
