Effectively use case management software to manage files and work flow, Meeting with clients, trustees and family members, Drafting correspondence, legal documents, amendments, modifications to existing documents, Preparing deeds, asset spreadsheets and probate pleadings, Providing accurate and timely documents to prepare estate tax returns and gift tax returns, Reviewing bank and brokerage statements, Organizing and maintaining client files, 2 years trust & estate paralegal experience, Knowledge of probate protocol and state requirements and legislation, Proficient in MS Office including; Word, Excel, Outlook, Special consideration given to candidates with experience using Practice Master and Quicken, Notary license a plus, Ability to prioritize workload and manage workflow effectively, Highly proactive and able to manage several matters simultaneously, Excellent math and computer skills, Excellent analytical skills, Excellent proofreading skills, Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
