Job Title: Real Estate – Closing Coordinator
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for the law firm's Real Estate practice group.
- Assemble transaction closing binders following various client protocols.
- Conduct post-closing follow-up communication with title/escrow companies, lenders, and other parties involved in transactions.
- Prepare electronic links to send closing binders and other large files to clients.
- Engage in routine interaction with attorneys and clients to provide support during and after transactions.
Education and Experience Information:
- Highly-organized and detail-oriented with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects.
- A background in commercial real estate transactions is beneficial.
- Being a licensed California notary is advantageous.
- An associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Prior experience in a law firm or title company is preferred.
Salary Information:
- Annual Salary Range: $45,000 – $65,000 depending on experience.
Work Environment:
- This position is primarily office-based and requires an in-office presence for four days a week, subject to change.
- The office is located in a state-of-the-art workplace at The Boardwalk in Irvine, CA, known for its proximity to beach communities, shopping, and resort areas.
