Managing Director, Transaction Opinions
The candidate will generate new Fairness Opinion, Solvency Opinion, Board Advisory and M&A opportunities from the existing and future network. Lead engagement teams of three or more professionals; oversee the financial analysis and the preparation of opinion letters and presentation documents, and deliver oral presentations to clients. Assist with the review of Fairness Opinions and Solvency Opinions within the Transaction Opinions practice. Be responsible for cultivating relationships with a select group of private equity firms likely to have opinion needs, distribute M&A product as appropriate. Sell clients the other services that the company provides. Mentor and develop Staff, Vice Presidents and Directors.
