Litigation Paralegal The candidate will direct client communication. Direct contact with court personnel, attorneys, and other legal professionals. Calendar and track deadlines. Procure, review and summarize medical records. Schedule and track all depositions. Assist with mediation and trial preparation. Other duties as assigned by the Attorneys. Must be able to work independently, be well organized, and be able to effectively work with clients. Experience in plaintiff personal injury is a plus. Should have experience with MS Word, Outlook, and Excel; excellent communication skills and attention to detail; the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. The ability to take direction and receive training ongoing as needed.
