Job Title:
Office Clerk/Runner
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver and pick up documents at the courthouse, post office, and other local offices.
- Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
- Keep kitchen, conference rooms, and common areas neat and fully stocked.
- File and scan documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Answer phones, take messages, and direct calls to the right person.
- Routinely order supplies.
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks as needed.
- Tidy up the outdoor area.
Education and Experience Information:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite — Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A proactive attitude with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay focused in a busy office setting.
- A team-oriented mindset and a willingness to pitch in whenever needed.
- Dependability, flexibility, and a positive can-do attitude.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
