Mentor Program

Each summer associate is paired with an attorney mentor who will provide guidance and support throughout the summer. Mentors are available to answer questions, provide career advice, and help integrate summer associates into the firm’s culture. Mentors also serve as resources for social and professional events throughout the summer.
Compensation and Benefits

Saul Ewing offers highly competitive salaries to its summer associates. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and life insurance; a 401(k) retirement plan; and a variety of other benefits, such as paid parental leave and wellness programs. We also reimburse for reasonable moving expenses for summer associates who live more than 50 miles from their assigned office.
Experience and Qualifications

To be considered for our Summer Associate Program, candidates should have the following qualifications:

• Be a current second-year law student
• Have a strong academic record
• Show a demonstrated interest in the practice of law
• Possess excellent written and oral communication skills
• Be highly motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
