Job Title: Summer Associate 2026

Job Responsibilities:
- Draft and analyze legal documents in active family law matters.
- Conduct legal research and assist in the preparation of trial materials.
- Attend court proceedings with experienced attorneys.
- Participate in client meetings to gain insight into case strategy.
- Work closely with a Litigation Partner to develop a foundational understanding of family law practice.
- Engage in firm-sponsored networking and social events.
- Support matters in the Bethesda and Frederick, MD offices, requiring occasional commute to these locations.
- Perform other tasks as needed to help effectively run the business.

Education and Experience Information:
- .
- Demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in family law.
- GPA of or higher.
- Ability to relocate or reside in the assigned office location for the duration of the program.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Salary Information:
- This is a paid internship at the rate of $35/hour.
- The role is not eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases and bonuses.
- The role is not eligible for the full-time benefits package.
