We are seeking a BAR-licensed attorney to assist in the intake and legal evaluation of pre-qualified Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice claimants.

This is a remote, contract-based role ideal for attorneys looking to engage in flexible, non-litigation work involving funded cases with high potential merit.

Key Responsibilities

  Conduct initial intake and legal screening of claimant-submitted information

  
  


• 
  

  Assess case viability based on factual details and supporting documentation

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate with claimants to confirm legal details and clarify facts as needed

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare brief case summaries and intake notes for internal review

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with external law firms (when applicable) for case routing

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure compliance with legal standards during all intake interactions

  
  

Requirements

• 
  

  Active . BAR license in good standing

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with Personal Injury and/or Medical Malpractice cases

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication and analytical skills

  
  


• 
  

  Comfortable working remotely and independently

  
  


• 
  

  Organized and reliable, with ability to manage multiple intakes
