Job Responsibilities:
The Client Development Manager at the law firm is tasked with a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing and implementing business development strategies for the firm's practices. Specifically, the role involves:

- Developing and implementing business development plans tailored for assigned practices.
- Coaching attorneys on strategies for effective pitch meetings.
- Creating client-specific presentations, proposals, and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs), along with other client-facing materials.
- Preparing practice submissions for inclusion in directories, databases, and other relevant publications.
- Collaborating with the Events Team to plan and execute business development events.
- Working alongside the Communications Team to generate ideas for speaker and story placements in various media outlets.
- Participating as a member of the integration team for new lateral hires joining the practice.

The role demands excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail. The candidate must have strong time management and project management abilities to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. The ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment is crucial, as is the capability to establish solid working relationships with diverse personalities across multiple offices.

Education and Experience Information:
The ideal candidate for the Client Development Manager position should have 4-6 years of progressive experience working in a professional services organization. Experience within a law firm is considered an advantage.
