Job Responsibilities:
The role of an Administrative Specialist at the law firm encompasses a variety of tasks essential for the smooth operation of the legal and administrative functions within the firm. Key responsibilities include:

- Filing pleadings and handling the organization of legal documents.
- Managing mail by receiving, scanning, and sending legal communications.
- Consistently and accurately updating client and internal case management systems to ensure all information is current and accessible.
- Retrieving and responding to various client and internal requests via phone or email, ensuring effective communication.
- Learning basic legal documents and terminology to efficiently support attorneys and staff.
- Ensuring timely, courteous, and thorough responses to a high volume of email correspondence.
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients at every level of interaction, maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality regarding client, borrower information, and firm processes.
- Performing other duties and responsibilities as needed to support the firm's operations.
- Physical capability to carry 10 pounds or more as required.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
To successfully perform the duties of an Administrative Specialist, the candidate must possess:

Work Environment:
The work environment for the Administrative Specialist is typical of an office setting with normal working conditions. The noise level is quiet to moderate. This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Salary Information:
The compensation for this position is competitive, with a salary range of $18 to $21 per hour, commensurate with the candidate's experience and accomplishments.
